Sever Hida is the Chief Financial Officer of Crossroads Live Group, having joined CXL in December 2024. A seasoned finance professional with over 20 years of experience, Sever has modernized finance, accounting, reporting, and control environments across a wide range of industries including media, telecom, technology, private equity, and hospitality.

He has orchestrated finance transformations in both U.S. and international settings, leveraging deep expertise in US GAAP, process automation, and KPI-driven strategies to foster scalable growth and enhance investor return. Prior to joining Crossroads Live, Sever held CFO and Controller roles in private, public, and private equity-backed companies, where he oversaw numerous M&A initiatives, guided successful ERP implementations, and improved operational efficiencies. Notably, he led a comprehensive post-acquisition restructuring for a newly formed operating and property-development conglomerate, establishing a shared services framework and driving KPI based accountability across multiple verticals and geographies.

Sever’s track record includes building high-performing finance teams, reducing reporting cycle times, and developing robust internal controls and compliance frameworks to drive confidence and enhance investment valuations.

He holds an M.B.A. from New York University and a B.S. in Accounting & Finance from SUNY at Buffalo.
