Spector arranged credit financing for Barrington Broadcasting Group (owned by private equity Pilot Group), to fund a roll-up strategy, with a subsequent sale to Sinclair (NASDAQ: SBGI). He also headed up finance and accounting for Raycom Media as the company executed on a rapid portfolio diversification and expansion strategy involving the completion of 4 mergers and acquisitions in 2 years.
